Very professional team when i came in to view a car for my wife. They took the time to sit with me and answered any questions that i had. The cars that they have are all very reasonably priced and they have a lot of choice. I was so happy with the purchase i came back and bought a car for myself. Absolutely fantastic service from Meridian when helping our daughter choose an upgraded car. From initial contact, to test drive, to negotiation and purchase the guys were amazing - they really do care about their cars and go the extra mile to make sure you can purchase confidently. They make sure anything the car needs, be it cam belts or wiper blades, it gets before you drive away. There's sometimes a cheaper car elsewhere when you're looking, but I guarantee it won't be as good as you'll get from here. Thanks guys!

Five stars is not enough!! Enquired about this car on the 12th of June, had the car with me by the 20th of June, absolutely spot on customer service and support from Dan from start to finish, from giving me full vehicle details to answering any queries I had even into the late evening and night! Due to work I wasn't fully available to speak over the phone, Dan was brilliant and was kind enough to take the time to keep in touch and make all arrangements for finance and delivery via WhatsApp. Only one key had come with the car but after messaging Dan he was able to quickly resolve this, second key had fell off the retaining tag and was still in their workshop, Dan posted the Key fob along with two spare blank physical key inserts with the offer to recoup the cost of having the keys cut! Even if you aren't looking for an imported vehicle specifically, would still be well worth your time having a look at Meridians stock!
